Admissions Process

Submit an Enquiry or Referral

Start by submitting an enquiry or referral through our website or directly contacting our team. We’re here to assist with any questions and guide you through the process.

We’ll Reach Out to You

After receiving your enquiry, we’ll contact you to discuss your child’s needs and how SofiNo can provide the right support. While all referrals must come through the Local Authority, we’re happy to assist with enquiries from parents and carers.

All referrals must be made by the Local Authority, however we are happy to assist with enquiries from Parents/Carers

EHCP Assessment

If your child has an EHCP, we’ll conduct a thorough assessment to determine if we can meet their needs. We’ll then confirm whether a placement is offered, and if not, provide the rationale. Any placement offer will be sent to the placing authority for review.

Following the assessment we will confirm if a placement is being offered and where it is not, the rationale for this. The offer of a placement would be made to the placing Authority for their review.

Enrolment

Following confirmation of acceptance of the placement offer from the Local Authority, working in partnership with Parents/Carers and other professionals, we will support your child to have a positive start on their new learning journey.
